A nice comfortable park with large oak trees for shade. Friendly and efficient staff. A lot of older rigs with permanent residents but most were well kept up. A nice bar and restaurant along with a small store.

This park has been reviewed many times so not much to add here except the following. Price is too high for the amenities in the campground. Wifi didn't work, I asked the campground employees about it and they said that it was working. I then thought that it might be my laptop but when returning home I went to the library and it worked fine there. Probably won't return.

We were not really happy with our choice to stay here. The campground is really just a big parking lot with hookups. The restrooms were clean but they were very miserly with the water. Wi-Fi in office only, you would think an operation this big would have it out to the rigs. There were just not enough amenities for the price paid.

I wanted to like this park more than I did but it had it's drawbacks. No wifi, junk trailers scattered about the outer rim, half filled with permanent residents and traffic noise from the 101 can be loud at times. The upside is the restrooms and showers were very clean, there are some shady spots, its in a very arboreal setting and the camp hosts were quick and helpful. this park has a lot of potential with the right owner and a little attention to detail.

This is an older park but the owner is refurbishing it. The office staff was efficient and courtious. I would have rated this place higher if it had a few more amenities.

Nice park but has a problem with the bathrooms and showers being vandalized by the nearby soccer players.
